(1) Please read and understand the Terms and Conditions as stated in the Payment Options and Legal Information before ordering anything.
(2) You have three choices / methods of placing an order. The first method, is via telephone / email / Fax rather than registering through the website. To do this, ignore the rest of this document and please read the "Manuel Orders" menu link.
The next two options, relate to orders placed via our online website store. You have the choice of when ordering, either registering as a long term customer, if you plan on purchasing more than one item from us or again in the future, alternatively, you can place a once off order via our online store but will be required to manually enter all your details each time you want to place an order.
Registering only takes a short time - and an email will be sent out to you confirming your details before allowing you to log onto the website properly. If you do not receive an email back within 4 hours DO NOT RE-Register. Contact RPW via Email and we will manually enable your account and email to you a new password.
(3) Once you have been registered on the website, you can search through the online store and select the items you are interested in and add them to the Cart Method. If you have any questions about the products, contact RPW or one of there agents through the contact sections.
(4) If the product you are interested in is not listed on the RPW Website online store, then click on the following link and follow the instructions within the document - http://www.rpw.com.au/shop/index.php?page=shop.product_details&flypage=shop.flypage&product_id=1169&category_id=60&manufacturer_id=0&option=com_virtuemart&Itemid=31
(5) Once you have added all the items you are after, proceed with your choice of freight and payment options. Note - freight options vary in price and some come with insurance and some do not. If you are not sure which type to choose - contact RPW.
Note that make sure the delivery address you have chosen will have someone there at all times as all goods must be Signed for Receipt of Delivery prior to being released. Without someone to sign for the goods, they will not be delivered and additional freight charges will be incurred, or your goods held up at a stocking yard.
(6) Once you have completed the order form and confirmed the order, a copy of the purchase order will be forwarded to yourself and RPW. From this point do not do anything, until you receive contact back from RPW. The status of your order will currently be "Pending".
Once RPW has reviewed your order it will be changed from "Pending" to "Confirmed" and an email sent out to you confirming your order with this new status. If you are an international customer, this will also provide the corrected price with freight values.
(7) Depending upon your choice of payment / shipping method, you can now make payment via your chosen method having confirmed exact pricing by RPW. Do not forget to quote your purchase order or quote number with any payment otherwise your payment will not be recorded against your order. Click on the "How to Pay" link on the top main menu for payment details.
(8) Once payment has been confirmed by RPW, your status will be updated with the shipping details and tracking number. The order will then be deleted from the system once an email has been sent out with the shipping details.
