Other Notes : This vehicle came to RPW for OpenECU tuning. The plan was being a complete stock vehicle, to improve torque, acceleration and develop a Stage 1 tune that woudl work with both stock standard vehicles as well as those with exhaust changes in the future. On the stock boost pill, we retuned the AFR, altered mivec maps, altered boost levels and stopped it dropping down so much. This was not an aggressive tune, being an older gentleman with his wife driving the vehicle as well.
The vehicle drives significantly better and as a stage 1 tune, it works great. General enough for all model vehicles with limited modifications.
The car picked up 22hp at 4000 rpm but a staggering 40hp at 6000 rpm. RPM limiter was increased to 7100 from the previous 6700 which you can really feel.
This is available now as a mail order tune for those interested.
We will be working on a stage 2 tune soon with the increased boost timing being the next phase, this vehicle has since had an exhaust fitted, and will be retuned with increased boost. Will be very interesting to see the results.

After having the flash tune done to our ralliart by RPW it is definitley a different car.
While engaged in normal mode it is alot more responsive at lower speeds and more urgency when the go pedal is leaned on a little more.
When sports mode is engaged ( once I got some time in her without the handbrake*WIFE*) things are alot more agressive & happening in more of a rush.
Well recommended for any ralliart owner.
Look forward to a cat back exhaust set up very soon.
