Due to some administrative changes to Startrack Express, we have been forced to make some changes to delivery options for Startrack Express Road Freight.
As of the 1st of June 2012, all packages will be packaged and prepared during the week, but a pick-up booking with Startrack Express will not be done until the Friday of that week.
This may mean you will receive via emails tracking details, but the goods will not appear on the Startrack Express website until after the goods have been picked up from our premises.
The reason for this is that Startrack Express charge a minimum charge if only one package is picked up on any day.
This is not applicable to air freight services, only road freight services.
By grouping as many orders together as possible onto the one pick-up booking, we will be able to keep transport costs to a minimum.
If your order is urgent, then we can organise an earlier pick-up but a surcharge may be applicable.
