PWR Water/Air Intercooler Kit

This kit is a PWR Water / Air Intercoolre kit manafactured to fit the following vehicles specifically

1. Mitsubisi CH / CJ Lancer Mivec 4G69 SOHC 16v
2. Mitsubishi Ralliart Lancer Mivec 4G69 SOHC 16v (USA)
3. Mitsubish Outlander Mivec 4G69 SOHC 16v
4. This unit can also be adapted to all other Mitsubishi 4cyl engines 1997+ with minor work.

This kit comes complete with the following items and is a complete bolt on kit

1. PWR / RPW Designed 4 X 10" barrel with support brackets prewleded
2. Bleeder nipple and AN Fittings welded for qaulity hose fitment
3. Water Pump for water flow
4. Inline filler tank and pressure cap
5. Silicone hosing to go straight from intercooler to Throttle Body
6. Silicone Hose Reducer from Intercooler 2 1/2" down to 2" for pipe fitting.
7. Large PWR Radiator designd to fit specifically inside the factory front air dam opening on the front bumper. Large capacity negates the need for any thermo fans.

The kit is designed to work with any turbo conversion and only requires a short pipe to be manafactured from the turbo outlet in 2" to join to the barrel intercooler.

This unit can be eletriclly wired to run via a relay to ignition 12v on the fuel pump or controlled logically via an aftermarket ECU system. This kit works extremely well holding intake tempatures to a constant 33 Degree's celcius on all but the hottest days even with extended idling.

This kit will enhance throttle response and reduce turbo lag due to exteremely short intake pipe lengths. Kit looks great on the vehicle and is very sturdy. Mounted to the engine there is no worries about silicon hoses shifting during hard gear changes.
