Racing Performance Works Race Header Systems are designed as the complete "Direct Bolt on Package" meaning no further components or parts are required. You purchase this product and simply bolt onto your vehicle, no welding or modifying is required.

An extractor is not an ordinary piece of exhaust piping. It has to be designed based on engineering formula and produced with accuracy and details to function effectively. The design of an extractor plays an important role in determining the engine's efficiency. Not all extractors are the same in terms of design as well as functional effectiveness.

To ensure effectiveness, RPW 3-1 extractors are designed based on engineering formula. Each and every pipe is calculated for optimum length and size to produce a siphoning effect. By utilising a 3-1 design, we no longer have the issue of pressure / siphoning effects that stock and traditional 4-2-1 designs have.

The package includes the RPW 3-1 Racing Header and Flex Pipe Assembly. The system is designed to bolt directly up to the original flange point on the stock catalytic converter without requiring modifications.  This particular model system utilises very long primary pipes with a 1 5/8" diameter header pipe for maximum air flow.

The primary cat converters are removed for massive improvement in breathing. The secondary factory converter is retained for emission control purpose. The factory O2 sensors will not require modifications. RPW supplies two O2 Extenders to be fitted for the rear O2 sensors so that no CEL lights are necessary. There is no need for any extension of wiring with this new design.
