We can unleash the hidden performance that is “detuned” by your cars manufacturer, a Power Package upgrade will often result in improved fuel economy, better drive-ability and reliability!
This has large savings in labor as work is not duplicated, as tuning time on dyno’s is reduced due to the bulk of the tuning has already been researched. (All vehicles still get a individually adjusted tune)
Broken into easy stages, each stage build’s upon the previous one for a 1-2-3 approach.
These are a fixed package provided at a discounted price and is only available for Perth Customers to be installed and tuned at RPW Premises. These packages must be booked at least 1 week in advance.

Racing Performance Works has developed a bolt on turbocharger package for the Great Wall (GWM) V240 / X240 series of Petrol engines.
This kit will take output from the standard 105kw up to between 160 – 200kw depending upon the which stage you fit to the vehicle.
There are four stages of this package being
Stage 1 – Mitsubishi TD05H-14B Turbocharger, non inter-cooled running 5 psi boost – producing approx 150 – 160kw
Stage 2 – Mitsubishi TD0H-15B Turbocharger, inter-cooled running 12 psi boost – producing approx 185kw.
Stage 3 – Mitsubishi TD05-14B Turbocharger, inter-cooled running 14 psi boost, decompressed, Stage 1 Turbo Camshaft – producing 190 – 200kw.
Stage 4 – Mitsubishi TD05H-16G Turbocharger, inter-cooled running 14 psi boost, decompressed, Stage 1 Turbo Camshaft – producing 200kw Plus.
This kit as a bolt on design, and is 100% compatible with our bolt on performance packages with the extractors replaced with our Turbo Manifold.
Torque gains at low rpm are very noticeable, pulling power is exceptional and the ability to overtake easily. The larger TD05H-16G Turbo is a little laggier but for those wanting greater power levels, its efficiency is worth having.
The inter-cooler kit utilises a PWR Water to Air system, providing stable air intake temperatures of between 45 – 55 degrees. Perfectly suited for high engine load / low road speed scenarios when towing or four wheel driving.
This kit was designed for the work horse but retains the easy drive ability of the factory set-up. 100% compatible with a snorkel set-up as indicated in the photo above.

These turbocharger kits were developed as bolt on packages requiring no internal engine modifications for the basic kits.
All kits come with the Garret Range of Ball Bearing Turbochargers, choices being
(A) GT25 250hp for 4G15 Models
(B) GT25 250 / 320hp for 4G93 & 94 Model Engines
(C) GT35 370hp for 4G69 Models
The focus on these are massive throttle response, low and mid range torque. Perfectly suited for the front wheel drive applications.
The 4G15, 4G93 and 4G94 models can be utilised with an EVO 4 – 6 front mount inter-cooler package.
The 4G69’s we utilise with choice of either PWR Water to Air inter-cooler Kit or EVO 7-9 front mount inter-cooler kit.
All kits are street legal (With brake upgrade on front brakes for CE Lancers) and drive brilliantly on the road. The potential of these kits are very high with further modifications including camshafts, valve springs and forged internals.

Sprintex Superchargers released there twin screw Supercharger kit for the Mitsubishi Magna V6 models.
This kit is no longer produced by Sprintex.
Racing Performance Works has sourced the original plans and has begun production of these kits again. All new CNC machined components with upgrades over the original design
(1) The supercharger unit has been upgraded to the latest Sprintex Series 5 Supercharger unit making it compatible for all 3.5 and 3.8 motor conversions
(2) Optional Inter-cooler Kit with a RPW Designed PWR Water / Air inter-cooler kit.
The Inter-cooler Kit reduces intake temperatures to an average of 55 degrees, down from the original 120 degrees that the original kit had upon peak boost.
Being a twin screw system, torque at mid range levels are massive, and is eminently suitable for the FWD and AWD Automatic models, although manual models also see very large improvements.
There is the choice of different pulley sizes enabling higher boost levels depending upon the capabilities of the vehicle setup and engine capacity.
This kit is a direct bolt on with no external modifications required, and fits up to original drive belt system.
For those who already have an existing Sprintex kit on there Magna / Verada vehicle, we have manufactured jigs to enable the water / air inter-cooler kit to be adapted to your existing housing, as well as the Series 5 Supercharger upgrade as well. This will be available on an exchange system whereby we ship the modified manifold, supercharger and replacement intake plenum and the customer returns there equivalent items back to us.
Of course we retained the one thing that everyone wanted – the unique Sprintex Supercharger Whine – you will definitely be noticed.
Gains vary but our original test vehicle with the inter-cooled (Original Sprintex Supecharger) Kit with a 3.8 6G75 conversion, produced approx 280kw at the flywheel up from 180kw at the flywheel. We expect with the new Series 5 Supercharger for this to lift to around 300 – 320kw very easily.

Mitsubishi Magna / Verada Front Wheel Drive Twin Turbo Kits for the 6G72/74 and 6G75 Engine Conversion applications.
Still the most powerful, reliable and most drive able design on the market. Outperforms any single turbo or supercharger system.
Due to the use of two small Garret Ball Bearing Turbo’s, of either the 250hp or 320hp there is very low turbo lag, amazing mid range torque and power levels and of course, a top end that is amazing. Very flat torque curves similar to a Supercharger, the design is what turbo charging on large capacity engines are about.
Choices of either a front mount inter-cooler or a water to air inter-cooler system depending upon applications.
Plenty of room remains available in the engine bay enabling easy access for all means of servicing.
Can be fitted to stock engines (Especially 6G75 3.8 motors) or to fully forged 3.5 litre engines.
Horsepower figures can be anywhere from 250kw at the flywheel up to 400kw on medium levels of boost of only 17 psi.
Racing Performance Works was the original designer of this system on the Mitsubishi Magna, and has helped a large number of Eastern States Customers utilise these systems.
Our own Twin Turbo Magna in full street trim managed a 11.5 @ 125mph at the drags and has done regular duties at Barbagallo Raceway and Sprint Events.
Of course, to handle this power additional upgrades are required, being clutches, flywheels and LSD Differentials as a minimum.
If your interested in something that looks externally stock, and goes faster than many high end vehicles on the marketplace, then speak to us about what we can do to your Mitsubishi Magna Vehicles. The substantial increase in Power and Torque is due to the positive displacement Eaton M62 supercharger that gives you Maximum boost from “off idle” all the way to the red line. This makes it perfect for towing or four wheel driving when you need low down torque.
With just 6psi of pressure, power gains of over 55% can be safely achieved on an internally stock engine without any other modifications.
Fuel Economy remains the same (if not better) on average due to the increased torque available from the engine, with returns of under 12 litres per 100km easily achievable. More power is developed down lower in the engine rev range meaning the engine does not have to rev as hard to produce the same level of power.
This is most noticeable when towing up a hill – the gearbox does not have to down shift as often as more torque is available through the mid range.
Benefits:
Maximum Torque is available lower in the rev range – perfect for towing or four wheel driving
Instantaneous maximum boost anywhere in the rev range from idle to red line
No engine internal modifications needed to realise Power and torque increases of over 55%.
Kit can be installed using the factory fuel injectors and fuel pump
Extremely neat OEM style installation
RPW is working on a new Version 2 design, which is going to utilise the Sprintex Series 5 Twin Screw Supercharger, with an optional Water / Air Inter-cooler kit.
This is expected to have significant gains over the original TRD Eaton MP62 Kit, but will only be suitable for 6G74 and 6G75 engines.

Holden Rodeo 3.2 6VD1 Isuzu Engine
Holden Rodeo 3.5 6EV1 Isuzu Engine (Model to be confirmed)
Applications:
There is a substantial increase in Power and Torque is due to the positive displacement Sprintex Series 5-335 Twin Screw Supercharger that gives you Maximum boost from “off idle” all the way to the red line. This makes it perfect for towing or four wheel driving when you need low down torque.
With 9 psi of pressure, power gains of over 55% can be safely achieved on an internally stock engine without any other modifications.
The effect on the road is an amazing vehicle to drive with instant throttle response, and the reduction of need to drop gears for any acceleration. Fuel Economy does not alter significantly as the bypass system means the supercharger is not loaded up on light throttle improving efficiency.
Key Points:
This system was designed in house at RPW, initially as a Non Intercooled system and then completed with a integral water to air intercooler system. Boost levels on stock internals are limited to 10 psi but this can be increased easily to 12 – 14 psi with supporting modifications including fuel (E85 as an example).

The housings for these supercharger kits are currently only hand made, but it is our hope to get these mass produced and reduce the costs of this kit tremendously. This kit has been fully developed on the 6VD1 engine, and testing is being done on the 6EV1 engine which would respond amazingly well with its larger capacity.
The Sprintex supercharger system for the current Toyota FT 86, Subaru BRZ and Scion FRS.
This system was designed and pro typed by Bullet then fully developed, tooled, and manufactured by Sprintex.
The factory boxer engine sadly lacks power and torque, especially between 3000rpm and 4500rpm.
The Sprintex supercharger system improves this area by over 50%. Top end performance between 6000rpm – 7400rpm is improved by slightly less, around 40% to maintain the reliability of this high compression engine.
The patented system mounts the supercharger prominently on top of the engine, and the black finish gives it a great factory look.
Factory computer is retained and re-flashed. This allows tuning of all parameters including cam timing, ignition timing, fuel maps, and it also has the ability to be set for launch control and a host of other features.
Racing Performance Works is able to supply and fit these systems and provide the full tuning package to suit (Fully customised tune).
Optional extras like exhaust upgrades etc can be provided at the same time.
